As you open the front door, you’ll step out on to a terrace from which you have panoramic, south-facing vistas of the countryside around.

Walk down the steps and you’ll find yourself on the cobbled, barbecue terrace with space to dine out on balmy summer nights under the beautiful old olive tree.

Next to the terrace, there is a comfortable sitting area overlooking the large, sparkling blue, salt-water swimming pool – a perfect place to read, relax or enjoy a drink at any time of day.

The swimming pool provides total peace and privacy and has an extensive terrace where you can bask in the sun or shade at your leisure.

Looking up to the house from the swimming pool, you can delight in the variety and colour of the Mediterranean garden: bougainvillea, carob, lemon, orange, palm and yucca trees as well as a profusion of brightly-coloured annuals.

A flight of steps leads down from the house and swimming pool to the secure parking area with an automatic electric gate and space for three cars.

On the other side of the house, a cobbled path and tiled stairway lined with plants leads up to the secure back gate, opening on to a country path.
